CURRICULUM

” Our Curriculum is soundly based on years of research in the areas of learning theory and child development. There is increased focus on the social and emotional skills needed to succeed as a learner in school and life. Provided in this curriculum is extensive guidance for teachers in selected content areas that include: literacy, math, science, social studies, and the arts. For the curriculum of personality development, the resources have been taken from teachings of Quran and Hadith. Our curriculum is designed to provide “LIFE SKILLS BASED EDUCATION” to the students. As the curriculum objective is effective learning of the students so the curriculum focuses on the holistic development of a child i-e Social / Emotional development, Physical developments, Cognitive development, and Language development Curriculum that guides teachers in designing a preschool program in which children learn important skills and content, and develop social competence. This Curriculum shows teachers how to set up a classroom and structure a day, what kinds of experiences to provide for children, how to work with children at different developmental levels, and how to involve families in the program. It shows teachers how to guide learning in literacy, math, science, social studies, the arts, and technology while also supporting children’s social/emotional development. Our approach to curriculum design is child-centered, using the children’s questions and interests for developing in-depth explorations of topics or themes. Within this context, activities and experiences are designed by the corporate office through which children have opportunities to develop the skills and acquire the concepts and understandings that are specified in our Curriculum Objectives.” Continue
